At LitxGaming, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not return items without approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@litxgaming.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund. Defective items must be returned with photos or video evidence for verification.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Customized items (e.g., personalized gaming accessories) and sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. For dropshipping products, returns may be subject to supplier policies—contact us for details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at the above address, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. For defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
