Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple locations: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the United States. Depending on your order and our inventory, we’ll ship from the location that gets your gear to you the fastest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, your order can be returned for a full refund once it’s received. Contact us at info@litxgaming.shop if you need assistance!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please allow extra time for orders during holidays and sale seasons, like Black Friday. Note that we don’t ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and where your order ships from: United States: 3-7 business days if shipped from the U.S., or 5-8 business days if shipped from Canada. International: 7-14 business days, depending on the location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Email us at info@litxgaming.shop, and we’ll take care of it!
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are in US dollars and exclude taxes. You may be liable for duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your location and where your order ships from: Orders shipped from the U.S. to U.S. addresses typically don’t incur customs fees but may be subject to state sales tax. Orders shipped from Canada or to international addresses may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are your responsibility and not covered by LitxGaming. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs departments. For details, contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@litxgaming.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the reason for the return (e.g., defective, incorrect item). We’ll guide you through the process!
What if the item(s) I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your gaming gear arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email us at info@litxgaming.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references (e.g., packaging issues). We’ll do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank with questions about when the credit will post to your account. If you haven’t received a credit for your return, reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance.
