Shipping Locations
We ship from multiple locations: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the United States. Depending on your order and inventory, we’ll ship from the location that ensures the fastest delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons, like Black Friday. We do not ship on weekends.
Delivery Times
- United States: 3-7 business days if shipped from the U.S., or 5-8 business days if shipped from Canada.
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping Costs
